Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 5, 2012 No. 321
«Про затвердження Порядку забезпечення технічними та іншими засобами реабілітації інвалідів, дітей-інвалідів та інших окремих категорій населення, переліку таких засобів»

In accordance with clause 3 of the General Part of Resolution No. 321, disabled people, disabled children, children under the age of 18, as well as military veterans, veterans of internal affairs bodies and veterans of the state fire service, elderly people, women after mastectomy, victims of anti-terrorist operations and with congenital defects of the mammary glands, victims of anti-terrorist operations (hereinafter referred to as other persons) have the right to free provision of technical and other means of rehabilitation in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine:
1)“Про основи соціальної захищеності інвалідів в Україні”  ,
2)“Про охорону дитинства”  ,
3)“Про статус ветеранів війни, гарантії їх соціального захисту” ,
4) “Про статус ветеранів військової служби, ветеранів органів внутрішніх справ і деяких інших осіб та їх соціальний захист”
5) “Про реабілітацію інвалідів в Україні”
6) “Про загальну середню освіту”
7) “Про основні засади соціального захисту ветеранів праці та інших громадян похилого віку в Україні”.

To receive free prosthetic and orthopedic products, you must have an electronic referral from the Social Protection Fund for Persons with Disabilities.

Instruction:

• Family doctor (draws up an Individual Rehabilitation Program)

• ASC or USZN at the place of residence (with a package of necessary documents, a request for the provision of products is submitted)

• PE "Ortopedservicecenter" (drawing up a statement of intent to provide the product by our company; consultation and examination by a doctor; measurements by a technician - prosthetist)
