If you need prosthetics and/or rehabilitation services, fill out the form.

All services are free.
We do not have queues for prosthetics and problems with the stock of components.

 

Requirements for patients:
- We accept military and civilians who have reached the age of 18;
- Patients must agree to follow the Center's daily routine, attend classes with a psychologist and undergo a rehabilitation course after prosthetics;
- We do not accept patients with alcohol or drug addiction;
- Our Center reserves the right to refuse treatment for medical reasons;
- Availability of a passport and identification code
