Today, we introduce you to Kostiantyn. He is from the city of Kharkiv and works as a railwayman🚂. A veteran of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO), he joined the National Guard on February 24, 2022, to defend his homeland ❤️‍🩹

He fought in the Kharkiv region, liberating villages all the way to the border. Then, he was deployed to Donbas: Toretsk, Bakhmut. And finally, to the Zaporizhzhia region.

During an assault on a tree line between Robotyne and Novoprokopivka, he sustained a shrapnel wound and lost his right leg.

After the amputation, he received treatment in Vinnytsia and was later fitted with a prosthesis at the Orthopedic Service Center📍. With the help of rehabilitation specialists, he quickly adapted to his prosthetic limb, spent his recovery time productively, and made many new connections.
