We have the great honor of introducing you to a true Hero of Ukraine!
A captain, company commander, recipient of the Order of Courage, 3rd class, and the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, 3rd class, as well as a Master of Sports in kettlebell lifting;
A man of deep wisdom, a true patriot of Ukraine, and simply a person of great honor!
Igor is originally from Lokachi, a small town in the Volyn region. Since 2017, he has defended Ukraine as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, serving in the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great.
On the night of February 23-24, 2022, he was put on high alert and sent to the Kyiv region. On March 23, during an offensive operation, he fell into an enemy ambush and was wounded in the leg. Later, under heavy fire, he sustained a shrapnel wound to his back. He was rescued by a fellow soldier.
After undergoing prosthetics and rehabilitation at the "Orthopedservice Center," Igor returned to continue serving his homeland! 🙏
The number of his awards and military ranks fully aligns with his life motto: in both life and sports, the key is to stay focused on the goal! Igor’s current goal is to serve until he earns the rank of General and to raise worthy children in the warmth of his own home. But his greatest wish is to live! To live in such a way that he becomes a role model for his daughter and leaves behind a good name!
That is why our Hero encourages all those in similar situations never to waste their chance at life—because their future depends solely on them. After all, those who now rest under the flag would give anything to be in their place… and that must never be forgotten!
To all Ukrainians, our Defender has one message—freedom is not free!
It is written in ink but created in blood!
Igor, thank you for trusting our enterprise. You are already an example not only for your daughter but for every Ukrainian!
May God guide you on your path to achieving all your goals!
Thank you, Hero! 💙💛
