We introduce you to a Defender of Ukraine who, while protecting his homeland, lost a limb and became a patient at the "Orthopedservice Center" for prosthetics and rehabilitation.
Dmytro is originally from the Chernivtsi region. From 2009 to 2017, he served as a conscript. In early March, he was mobilized and joined the 80th Separate Air Assault Brigade, where he served as the chief sergeant of a company. He defended his homeland in the Mykolaiv, Kherson, and Donetsk directions.
On May 24, in the Bakhmut-Lysychansk area, he was injured during a tank shelling. The APC crew evacuated him and provided first aid. In Bakhmut, his limb was amputated, and later he was transferred to Dnipro and then to Vinnytsia.
Currently, Dmytro remains in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
He has strong support—his wife and two children.
To all servicemen and their families, Dmytro wishes resilience and strength of spirit! And to all Ukrainians, he wishes to believe in Victory—because it is coming very soon!
Dmytro, thank you for your bravery and courage! We wish you to achieve a new status in the near future—a large and happy family! After all, Ukraine needs strong and courageous men like you!
